Tom Marshall
Director of Sales, Training and Product Development

As Director of Sales, Training and Product Development Tom has designed the look and functionality of the entire Southpaw Multi-Sensory Environment (MSE) product line.

Tom has been designing and installing MSE rooms for over 15 years in schools, hospitals, memory care units, hospice in-patient units, adult training and residential facilities. The primary focus of the Southpaw sensory room is to provide the practitioner with the tools to actively manage the behavior of the client the therapist is assisting. The equipment is easy to use, and by taking advantage of on-site or online training opportunities, Southpaw can train staff on the use of specific protocols that have been shown to modify and shape behavior in a variety of pediatric and adult populations.

Tom has designed sensory integration and multi-sensory environment rooms that range in size from 500sq ft to 4,500sq ft.
