RETURN POLICY
Product returns are only accepted within the first 12 months after shipment. To return an item, contact our customer service department at 800.228.1698 (Domestic) or +1.937.252.6460 (International) for a required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns are subject to a $20 processing fee.
Return shipping expenses are paid by Southpaw only if:
• Customer received defective merchandise
• Customer received incorrect item due to Southpaw error
• Product is being returned under warranty
All returned merchandise must be in new, resalable condition in order to receive credit. Credit is given to the original purchaser minus shipping and restocking fees. Purchases originally made by credit card are refunded to the same card. Merchandise originally purchased by check, money order or purchase order will be issued a credit on customer’s account, or a refund check will be issued at customer’s discretion.
NOTE: Special Order items built to customer specifications are not returnable. Eating and hygiene items, oral motor products, books, CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.
RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking fees will apply to any merchandise returned after 30 days of receipt. Restocking fees are waived for defective products and for merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt with proper Return Merchandise Authorization, in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
